I am one week in and wondering if there is a group already created here...
I am trying to pay attention to macros. I went through the guidelines/calculator which suggested at least 25% protein and 27% fat. After logging diligently for a week, I see that I tend to eat 40% carbs, 30% fat, and 30% protein. Anyone have a good guideline for the optimal breakdown?
Is anyone following this program? I am a couple weeks in and have some questions.
Or is it better to start fresh each day with calories?
