Wich scale do you think is better digital or dial for being able to get weight accuracy?
Starting 5x5 today and praying it works motavation pics from real people would be grwat
I want to try the 5x5 program but im not sure if it will help me be smaller and tighter or if it will make just look like a beast (which is fine if thats wat u want ) but im already kinda beastie i want to keep strength and improve it but in a smaller package lol
Im getting alil to much carbs and not enough fat
