Hi - thought I'd try to take control of my lax eating habits before it became a new years resolution. So, the calculation says I should lose 0.4kg per week. Then it says by February 3 I should have lost 0.9kg. So, in five weeks at 0.4kg a week shouldn't that be a 2kg loss? Where does the 0.9kg come from? Calorie deficit…
