WiFi scale
Any recommendations for a WiFi scale? I have been trying the no weigh thing and that isn’t working out so well for me. Neither is the no tracking thing, so I am trying to get more organized and structured. Anyone have one they love? I’m thinking of the Nokia one that measures body fat and water composition.

I've been looking on Amazon at collagen. It sounds like dieting I should add to my morning coffee, but there are soooo many! I would love to hear what brand you use, how much you use and why? What are your benefits you see? Thanks!

anyone ever done an egg fast??
Egg fast anyone?? I was just wondering if anyone has tried it, and if so, what were your results? I was thinking of trying it to reset from the weekend and make menu planning easy for a few days. A few pounds lost wouldn't be bad either.

fitbit or apple watch to track activity
My trusty fitbit charge HR died a few weeks ago, and I really miss it! My husband is going to replace it for my Christmas gift, and I am really leaning toward the apple watch. Someone tell my brain I am not hungry!!
My brain is driving me crazy. I have been trying to use BPC off and on for the past 2 weeks for breakfast to try IF, and to make my mornings and meal prep easier. I am not usually a coffee drinker, but I really like it. I have been using 2 T coconut oil and 2 T HWC. I AM NOT hungry today. My stomach has not growled once.…
