I started my diet back in January and up to a month ago it was going okay but then I had some family things going on and I just stopped it what would be the best was to get back on track and stick to it

Feeling confident
How do I get myself to feel more confident when I'm shopping for clothes I feel like everyone's looking at me and it makes me want to stop shopping and just go back home ive lost 2st so far and I've dropped 3 dress sizes but I still feel like people will make comments about the clothes I wear/buy

i work 9 till 6 weekdays and I don't really have a lot of time to cook when I get home from work and I'm not a big fan of vegetables so does anybody have any quick but healthy meals that's don't have a lot of vegetables in them x
