Cooking Light, Jan/Feb '15 has an outstanding recipe on page 110-Chicken Mushroom Pot Pie. I used it this evening to make a Turkey Pot Pie. anyone know why strength training doesn't show calories burned for workouts?
I logged all my strength training as best as I could today, not knowing the names for all the exercises. It took a while to find and log in the exercises. When I was finished, I was disappointed to not see calories burned for the activity. Why is that? I mean, that was hard work, for no calories burned.
