I started losing weight on New Year's Day. Rejoined myfitnesspal after seeing an email from them. I am really enjoying using the website as well as have started using the mobile ap. I have 90 lbs to lose, so I will be on here everyday for the next year. Ready to shed this excess baggage and working on low carb, low or no refined sugars and more vegies and protein. I am exercising daily 30-60min each time. Since the 1st I have lost 4.8 lbs.
