What is the best diet for gaining weight and losing body fat at the same time?
I am about to finish up a bulking phase, I want to remain the weight I am at currently while losing some bodyfat from my current weight. What is the proper caloric formula, to maintain my current weight but decrease body fat over time.? Please help, thank you.
so my goal is to add mass. Even when i set my goal to 2lbs per week and what not. All of my stuff still tracks as a bad thing. Like if i go over in calories its red or protein and so on and so on. is there a way to fix these settings? So it doesnt say im failing every single day haha
I am 5'9" and a lean 175. I am trying to get to a lean 185 and my daily caloric intake is under 4000. How ever I eat 5-6 times a day including a protein shake.
