GOALS questions

so my goal is to add mass. Even when i set my goal to 2lbs per week and what not. All of my stuff still tracks as a bad thing. Like if i go over in calories its red or protein and so on and so on. is there a way to fix these settings? So it doesnt say im failing every single day haha

    That's weird! You'd think MFP would behave differently when you have "gain weight" as a goal.

    Ignore the red and green colors. They just mean over or under, not good or bad.

    you can go into "custom" setting and set your calorie goal higher and change your macro percentages...

    You should be gaining NO MORE THAN 1lb/week at the max.

    .5lb/week would be a better target.

    I agree, I think this app takes into consideration you body and size, too much of anything is harmful, but those are just guidelines I think, might be wrong.
