Does it matter where you calories come from?
Does it matter where you calories come from? Can I have bread, chocolate and crisps if I want if it fits within my calories? Does it slow losses? I try to eat as cleanly as possible and when I do eat something 'bad' I struggle with guilt. Does it actually matter as long as I'm under or at my daily intake?

Should I set exercise calories to 1
Hi can anyone help me. I use a fitbit to track my daily movements but I also do 3 classes per week and 1 swimming. I think the burn that MFP gives is an overestimation and I see some people set their burn to 1. Is this more accurate?
