Can anyone help please?

Ok I didn't eat dinner tonight cos I knew I was going to my first insanity class. So I was o about 1100 cals out of 1400. The class gave me an additional 550 cals so now I find myself with 800 cals itz 815pm a e and I'm not particularly hungry. What should I do please?

    If you should eat at least another 100 calories to put you above 1200, but the rest, if you aren't hungry, don't eat. Just be aware that you may be extra hungry tomorrow.

    Well, you have a few options.

    You can write today off as an anomaly and not eat anymore. As long as it's only once in a while and doesn't become a habit you should be fine.

    You can eat something high in calories that will get you to your goal very quickly (something like ice cream or peanut butter or wine).

    You can eat your extra calories tomorrow or the next day if you're hungry for them.

    Overall, I would recommend better planning for your Insanity days so that you eat more before your class. You don't want to impact your fitness and nutrition levels by undereating during such an intense class.

    Great advice guys. Im totally new to going to classes. It's just by the time I got home from work I was afraid to eat anything too heavy as I was afraid id be sick :-/ think I'll just take a banana now and a wee spoonful of peanut butter.
