I practice ITF Taekwondo and our belt system is- 10 kup - white 9th - yellow tag 8th - yellow 7th - green tag 6th - green 5th - blue tag 4th - blue 3rd - red tag 2nd - red 1st - black tag 1st Dan - black belt Grading around 4 times a year. Minimum of 18 training hours up to green belt.

Hi I'm a 6th kup in Taekwondo. I joined with my 2 boys after seeing how much fun it could be. I was going to wait until I'd lost all my weight but decided to just go for it and it was the best decision I ever made. Still a long way to go on my journey but ill get there. Thanks for inviting me :)

Personally I find it restrictive. If I've to count my avocado and handful of bits which are all good healthy options then I've little room syn wise for anything else. I also don't like the push for low fat stuff that's usually full of artificial sweeteners. For me the only thing seems to be eat whatever I want focussing on…

Yes he uses the bench too. And pyramids the lifts? I only do this once a week. The circuits is all body weight and a little cardio. Taekwondo is cardio, core, body weight and sweat lol Wish I had have discovered all of these years ago and maybe then I wouldn't have ended up so heavy :(
