Hi, I normally eat 'quick cook' porridge for breakfast, it's easy to re-heat at work and pretty healthy. I've just seen this recipe (http://www.radiantrachels.com/my-favourite-overnight-oats/) and thought it looked amazing, have since googled 'overnight oats' but not sure I get it?! Do you eat them cold or heat them up?
