I'm confused
I'm supposed to eat 1200 calories a day to lose 2 pounds per week. I also work out everyday and burn about 300 calories. I don't want my metabolism to slow down because my body will have 900 calories after the work out. So should I eat the calories back?

Hi guys! So I'm 5'5 and I weigh 170 pounds. I eat 1100-1200 daily and work out 5 days a week buring about 200-300 calories. Am I eating too little? I lost 15 pound in the past 1.5 months but now I can't get past 170. Please let me know!!
