    It looks like your stomach is smaller, and maybe your chest a little also. How many pounds difference is there between these photos? And how tall are you? I am 5'8" and it takes about 20lbs before there is any visible difference, and even then it is slight. I will need to hit 30lbs lost before the change is very visible at all.

    Take measurements if you want to be more able to track progress!
