Hi guys!
So I'm 5'5 and I weigh 170 pounds. I eat 1100-1200 daily and work out 5 days a week buring about 200-300 calories. Am I eating too little? I lost 15 pound in the past 1.5 months but now I can't get past 170. Please let me know!!

it looks like, if you're not eating back those exercise calories, you're netting 700 to 900 calories which isn't sound .. you won't be getting adequate nutrition, will lose more muscle than necessary and you will crash and burn
he's right about stalls don't matter .. but eating enough to fuel your body does
15lbs over 6 weeks will be a lot of water weight .. it will slow down now and your body may need to catch up tbh .. weight loss isn't linear .. but get your CICO balance right0
