Honest opinion on muscular women?
Hello.... I have been losing body fat percentage and gaining muscle mass mostly on the thigh/bottom area. I feel fit and healthy but some family members have said that 'men don't like thick manly women'.. i'm not really 'thick' but want to hear some honest opinions because I think women with muscle tone and definition look…

Do any fat burners etc work?
Has anybody found any supplements that boost losses and rip you up without muscle loss? I take a whole lot of vitamins, fish oils, fatty acids, extracts of this and that and blah but has anybody found anything new beneficial? I worry that if i ever took a thermogenic pill that stopping taking them would mean my metabolism…

Tea w/ Stevia & tiny drop of skimmed milk
If I drink tea, because it contains caffeine should I be drinking more water because it dehydrates me? Or less because it hydrates? I'm currently drinking around 6 pints of water a day, not including the odd glass of sugar free squash and teas. Xxxx
