upping my calories..?
hey! so I've been considering upping my calories but I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not and was hoping for some advice. when do you workout/eating before the gym.
i work monday to friday 9-5. i've tried to go to the gym in the mornings, but a) i'm really not a morning person, and b) my gym doesn't open until 6.15am, which only leaves me 40 minutes to get in, workout, and get out again before i need to get back to get ready for work. i don't get home until around 5.30/6pm, which is…

too much infomation, i know, but..
what's the deal with the dreaded time of the month? normally i am a pms monster, eating everything in sight and wallowing in self pity. but today i woke up craving exercise majorly?! so off i went to the gym, with loads more energy and i ended up doing 20 minutes more than usual! what's happened to me :') haha xo

fitbit + mfp has me a bit confused.
hey :) so today i picked up my fitbit flex! i've linked MFP to fitbit, and i've been reading up in the fitbit group, but now i'm a little confused. am i right that i just carrying on logging all my food and exercise in MFP? do i do the double tap thing to record a time when i do my cardio in addition to logging it on MFP?…

diet and gym but gaining?!
so i started at 14 stone 4 pound, doing no exercise at all and eating anything and everything i wanted to. for the last month i have been eating around 1200 calories a day, doing slimfast (which has always worked in the past) eating super healthy and doing at least 30 mins at the gym 6 days a week. but i now weigh 14 stone…
