what's the deal with the dreaded time of the month?
normally i am a pms monster, eating everything in sight and wallowing in self pity.
but today i woke up craving exercise majorly?! so off i went to the gym, with loads more energy and i ended up doing 20 minutes more than usual!
what's happened to me :') haha xo

    Sounds like your getting healthy. I am still an eating monster during tom but it is also when I do my personal best with exercise.

    it was such a strange feeling, it is nice feeling healthier though, can't promise i won't be nibbling on some chocolate later though :smile:

    I liked working out/being active/walking/ect when I had mine (I'm on Depo and haven't had a regular cycle in a few years. It's awesome.) I used to have horrendous pain, and exercising was an awesome natural pain reliever for me. Always good to be active around that time of the month!
