Hi all, I was getting a bit distraught that my weight has been steadily increasing back to what it was a year ago and I know it's not all muscle. I am still skinny fat but does anyone have pics showing the same weight a year or more later but definite success in body composition? Please post! Will be sooooo inspirational.
What would be defined as heavy if I'm 124 pounds and 5'4 ?
So goal weight (123lbs) reached for my height of 5'4 and tape measured body fat percentage went from 25 % to 18 %. I now have a slightly annoying flabby layer which does not warrant a tummy tuck but which I would love to lose. Anyone else in the same situation? Strategies to help?
