I'm being treated to a takeaway tonight. It isn't one that lists nutritional value information. It's a birthday, so don't want to be too picky, but could you help me out please, by suggested some lower calorie choices. I've saved some calories for tonight... I've got about 800 to play with!!

Is it important to ease into Maintaining?

when I grill bacon quite a lot of fat drips off. Does that mean there are fewer calories than listed on the pack per slice?

Stretch marks
is it really possible to get stretch marks from rapid weight loss? Is doesn't make sense to me. I had a baby in November, and shifting the extra pounds now. I didn't get any stretch marks in pregnancy... Just a bit concerned that they might appear now.

Big deficit?
so... (please be gentle, I'm new to this!). Had a baby Nov 14. In jan I decided I needed to shift the extra pounds, and I wanted to lose around 35lbs.
