Keeping all my fat around my stomach
All of my fat seems to store around my stomach (abs, love handles, and lower back) I will take any advice I can get about this. I'd love to have that flat stomach.

Exercising without a completely healthy diet?
Can you lose weight by exercising 5-6 days a week (cardio and strength) with a moderately healthy diet? Like eating healthier but not really following any plan and still eating what you want without counting calories
