I have 2 months until spring break. What can I do to become the fittest and healthiest possible by then? I want to lose weight and tone up. A completely strict diet is impossible.

try to eat healthy, but don't get too caught up in it. Your main focus should be to have a calorie deficit. That's about all it comes down to. Exercise is excellent to do, but most of your weight loss will come from the way you eat. And how much you eat.

make sure you are tracking everything you eat and not just estimating Or guessing. You'll be surprised how off you will be if you do that and you will never be able to meet your goals.

Two months isn't a lot of time. How much are you looking to lose? you can definitely do this! It just takes time, so be patient.

Set an appropriate calorie deficit based on your progress and metabolism and exercise HARD 30-60 minutes/day. I’m a big fan of flexible dieting. No food is off limits, but you eat to hit calorie and macro goals. It works great and you don’t feel deprived.

Do your best and you can make some big headway in 2 months. That’s what I did when I was losing my weight, and I lost on the order of 15-20 lbs in 2 months. If you need help, let me know. I’m always happy to lend a hand.

I'm losing weight and have some clothes I'd love to fit into bt spring break. I'm aiming to lose another 10 lbs by then.
Calorie deficit and exercise- for me yoga 2x week, stationary bike and some walks outside-and some cross country skiing. The more I do the easier the weight loss is-I do not eat all my exercise calories back-just some
