slipped
I had two off days this week. I ate donuts and chocolates, and pizza. My appetite went crazy. The more I ate the more I wanted. It scared me when I saw how easy it was to get off track. I hope that scare was enough to keep me on the straight and narrow for awhile.

I keep reading posts about post surgery vitamins. The only thing I was told was to get a good chewable multivitamin. I'm I missing something?

6 days since I had the sleeve.
It's been 6 days and I'm doing pretty well. Still working out the gas - joy, joy - but definitely feel like a human again. I sure do miss having big tall glasses of ice water. I've aleady lost 14 pounds but I'm sure that's just from my 3rd week of liquid diet. My mind is ready for me to do things but my body is slow in…

So 4 days since my sleeve surgery and while I can't have anything but liquids yet my appetite is going crazy. I want to eat everything in sight and large amounts of it. What gives does anyone know?
