It's only been a couple of weeks since my surgery and today has been the second day I didn't have to stop what I was doing and take a nap in the middle of the day. It feels so good to be getting my energy back.

I've heard about the hair loss. I'm worried about that. My hair is already thin and I lose plenty everyday. Maybe I follow what you do. I know it can't hurt. Thanks.

I'm having the sleeve. Lots of different responses but most say follow your doctors orders. I'll talk to my NUT also. I think I'll do that but add some B12 and some vitamin D. I've had issues with vit d for some years now. Thanks for all the advice.

Wow. I'm a bit nervous now. I only have 10 days and then I have to go back to a very stressful job. And the 2nd 3rd and 4th days will be extra stressful. I think that was interesting. I'm a little unsure about the carbonation. I think I'll skip that for awhile to be on the safe side. But I really liked his focus on listening to your body. That's a skill I need to learn. Also, I worry about stepping right back into my addictions so I'll focus on that also. Thanks for sharing.

Hi. I'm also jumping thru the hoops to get the sleeve. I'm so exited about it but also nervous. I do lots of emotional eating and I think I'll probably have trouble with that. I'm glad there are so many of us out here.
