Metformin buddies
Last week my doctor put me on Metformin. I've been very slowly losing weight on my own over the last six months through calorie counting and exercise but it's been a long slow slog and I've only just lost 1stone. They'd now diagnosed PCOS and I'm looking for some buddies that are going through the same thing for support.

Can I enter steps manually?
The title says it all. I was using Pacer but it's on my phone and misses a lot of stuff I do. I've bought a watch type pedometer but couldn't afford a Fitbit or anything like that so I got a cheaper one but I can't sync it to this app. Is there any way I can enter my steps manually?

Entering manual steps

It's a watch type one so I can wear it all the time and I assumed it would link up to myfitnesspal but as I'm not highly technical and I'm skint, low and behold, it doesn't. Can I…
