Hard to eat

I've been feeling under the weather at the moment and have lost my appetite. I'm finding it hard to eat but am making myself eat so there's some energy going in my body. I find as I am still exercising that I am continually under my calorie intake. My limit is 1360 but with my combined exercise, I am usually way under my limit. I haven't lost any weight for nearly two weeks. Is this the reason? Crazy as it sounds,do I need to eat more?
