Why I love running
Well, one of many reasons. The cal burn! Sitting here eating four mini donuts, having already had a bowl of cereal (pre-run) and scrambled eggs on toast (post-run). Having cheesy crumpets for lunch and BBQed burgers for dinner (in baps with a pile of salad). Glass of wine and then homegrown rhubarb with custard…

I've maintained for a year!!!
First time ever! I've been on a yo-yo cycle over the years, losing down to 135-140lbs (my happy weight), gaining to 160lbs (the point where I get fed up), losing again... I've never maintained for this long! I have: * kept logging EVERYTHING - even if I have a day where I go nuts and eat a ton, I log it all (think my…

Lost my streak :(
So upset! I forgot to log yesterday and have lost my 340 day streak. I'd been so excited about getting to a year. :(

I ate back all exercise cals while losing and have continued to do so on maintenance. I'm slowly losing weight. I've lost 3lbs since May. I know 3lbs can just be daily…

I'm not sure this is the idea of maintenance....
I hit goal about 4 weeks ago and have been maintaining since, so have had about 500 extra cals a day. I've barely made my meals any bigger, but am instead using most of the extra for snacks (*cough*biscuits*cough) and wine. Working perfectly for maintenance as all within my cal goal, and my weight is steady, but probably…

Own up....
Who else waits to weigh themselves until after they've pooped on weigh-in day?
