Self-congratulatory post - successfully maintained through a holiday!

Just come back from 2 weeks away have only put on 1lb, and that may just be water weight - I have small weekly weight fluctuations during maintenance. :smile:

For the first time I kept up my logging while away. We were in the mountains, hiking every day. I earned 800-1,800 cals per day and ate the lot. So. Much. Food. It was fab! I used my Strava (GPS) app to record the walks and it calculates calorie burns. In total we walked 103 miles with 27,000 feet of ascent.

We always do hiking holidays. Previously though, I've still managed to over-eat despite the burns and put on several lbs. Not this time. :smiley:
