Will running/jogging make my thighs larger??
So I have pretty large thighs and it's hard to find jeans and also since I'm short, my thighs just don't look right on my body lol. I was wondering if I eat at a deficit and run/jog for 30 minutes a day, will they grow larger or slim down? Thanks!

Can 3 days of overeating ruin progress??
So ive been doing really well for the past few weeks then this weekend happend and I over ate WAYY TOO MUCH. I'm going to start back up tomorrow morning I'm just wondering if this will do a lot of damage?? :(

Hi I was just wondering if eating less than your recommend calories would cause your metabolism to slow down a lot? I'm definitely eating enough but I've heard this EVERYWHERE and I'm wondering if it is true.

Ok so I have a question. So let's say I want cheese its. In the box it says that (the is a random amount) 26 crackers is 50 grams and that's is equal to 140 calories. So on my scale I would put as many crackers on my scale till it equals 50 grams and log 140 calories into mfp? Sorry if this is confusing I just want to make…

Lost 12 lbs but still look the same
So I've lost 12 lbs (went from 125 to 112.6 this morning). I'm proud I've lost it but I'm discouraged because I still look the same. I've taken pictures but I don't see a difference and I've taken measurements and they have gone down but I look in the mirror and don't see any change. I dont know what to do.

Should I still lose 2 lbs per week?
So I am very close to my goal weight (about 7 lbs left) and I have my goal set to 2 lbs per week to lose. I've read many posts saying that once your are close to your goal you should only be losing .5 lbs per week. Why is that and should I change my goal to that?

Is MFP accurate with the estimated weight?
Hey everyone! I'm new to this app and I just have one quick question. When you finish your entry for the day and it pops up with a message saying "if everyday were like this you'd weight blah blah blah in 5 weeks".
