Ok so I have a question. So let's say I want cheese its. In the box it says that (the is a random amount) 26 crackers is 50 grams and that's is equal to 140 calories. So on my scale I would put as many crackers on my scale till it equals 50 grams and log 140 calories into mfp? Sorry if this is confusing I just want to make sure I'm doing this right

Also, keep in mind that you don't need to stick to exact serving sizes.

If you measure out the crackers that you want and they weigh 40 grams, that's 0.8 servings so you are eating 112 calories.
