Starting over, this is day one.. Started back on only water intakes, avoiding all juices & caffeine beverages. That's my goal for one.
I weight about 220 lbs/ 5'3 & been hearing you can use protein shakes as a diet meal? I don't understand? If I was to do so how much should I try?
