•Dinner
• Eat lean meat
•turkey
•chicken
•fish
•eggs
•protein powder

•GOAL!
80% Foods
20% Fitness

•Walk 2 hrs Daily
Challenge yourself to walk further each day

    This is the maintaining weight forum - think you probably wanted to post in "getting started" instead?
    (There's some good sticky threads in there that are well worth reading by the way.)

    Just to clarify, "maintaining weight" is the forum for those who have already lost all the weight they wanted to lose, and are now focused on not gaining it back.
