Will a healthy diet eating protein and fibre help get rid of belly fat
I've got about 25 pounds to lose and quite a bit of belly fat. Does it matter what I eat to get a flat tummy as long as I count my calories? Or do I need to eat mainly protein and fibre to achieve a flat tummy?

How can I slow down weight gain during pregnancy
I'm 27 weeks pregnant and so far I've gained so far 26 pounds, I can't stop eating lots of junk food and now I'm gonna end up gaining a lot more in my third trimester. Would cutting my calories down to around 1600 a day help? I do the exercise a hour a day.

Can I still get a good bum when pregnant
I've been told whilst pregnant, it's very hard to gain muscle. I wanted to train my bum again, so that when I've had my baby I would of hopefully achieved a good bum. Is they any point in doing bum exercises now, will it not make any difference? Thanks :)

How can I slow down weight loss in pregnancy. I'm just over 20 weeks pregnant and I eat so much junk food, I've already gained a stone. I do half a hour of the exercise bike a day and was thinking of eating about 1000 calories twice a week. What do you think?

why do i weigh less in the day than in the evening
