How Can I get that bikini body in just over 12 weeks

I'm currently 8 stone 3 and 4 foot 1, I've still got fat on my belly and It needs toning a lot and also the rest of my body does too but my stomach is the worst, I have lost 6 and a half stone In The past and had a baby just over a year ago. But now I want to tone up and make my body look good. I want to lose around 10 pounds as well.
At the moment I'm working my abs for 15 minutes 3x a week and lifting weight 5x a week and doing butt exercises 3x a week and also found 30 minutes of cardio a day. I'm eating around 40g of protein a day and doing the 4.3 diet each week.

Will my routine work in time for my holiday in 12 weeks or do I need to change something? Thanks :)

    There is no such thing as toning...it's a word made up to market products.

    Retaining as much muscle coupled with resistance training while eating at deficit is what you are aiming at.

    Your protien intake should be higher to retain as much muscle ad possible.

    Will you lose enough weight?

    It's possible that depends on accurate your diet isand how much of a deficit. Remember that weight can be a combination of water, muscle, or fat. So just because you drop weight, it might be the weight or the bikini body you are looking for.

    OP, its hard to give specific advice without knowing how much you eat and what kind of program you are on. Also it's generally not a good idea to put time constraints on weight loss.

    I assume you are 5 foot 1 not 4 foot 1

    and you weigh 112lbs

    lift heavy stuff - follow stronglifts 5x 5 or starting strength or ice cream fitness - they will be far more effective than isolation exercises - these tend to be 3 x a week

    or get Bret Contreras Strong Curves

    cardio 2 x 30 mins per week is all you need for cardiovascular fitness

    eat to a calorie defecit of 500 per day to lose 1lb a week - or make sure you hit this across the week when following your IF diet

    set your protein to 0.64g per lb bodyweight and hit it as a minimum
