Need a new taste!
I have been tracking food for a month now. I am tired of the same old food. Boring and easy was working but I need more flavor!! Would like recipes that use any of the following meats. Tilapia, Salmon, Shrimp, Ground Chicken or Ground Turkey. I love almost all veggies! Maybe stews?

Weight lifting Question
Does weight lifting not count towards calorie burn? I logged my reps/sets and nothing showed up under excercise, it still says zero.

Needing help on food ideas. I've been doing meal prep once a week for 3 weeks now. I'm logging all of my food and I am still under on my calories by 250 and carbs by 38. Currently I am over by 11 on sugar and 9 on protein. I'm not sure what I could add to meet my calories without getting crazy on the sugar and protein.…
