I'm new to myfitnesspal. I started my weight loss journey 2 weeks ago by cutting out alcohol and soda's from my diet. After years of yo-yo dieting this was the first time I had the motivation and dedication to follow through and so far I have. I am on week 3 and have lost 6 lbs. I joined here to count my calories better since it was difficult doing it through my fitbit (it's not very accurate). I look forward to making friends and getting advice on areas that I find difficult.
