A month in, 18lb lost
I am on a roll. Positive mental attitude all the way. I had a week in Spain for work and gained, but lost it the week after. plus another 2 lbs. I am strong in the head this time, and tracking everything really helps. Just being able to scan a barcode and all the nutritional info is all there is superb. Thanks MFP.....

Working away from home
I'm working away from home in Spain next week and I don't want to damage the progress I have made so far. The hotel has a gym, but also a restaurant and a bar which could be a problem due to the others that I am working with. Any advice to limit damage?

The biggest person I know?
I am... the biggest person I know. 100lb plus to lose... I have done well before, lost 30lbs in 2005, then gained 50. Lost 50lbs in 2011 but then gained 70. I need to break the routine, I can't handle the pain in my back, legs and feet every day. Sorry to be so negative..
