Big first week loss.. as expected

I kicked off the first week with a 10lb loss. It always happens this way.

Feeling positive. Inspired by Vismal and several others. I often lose a lot very early on, feel so much better and then slacken off. This leads to hitting the plateau and always starts going the wrong way, and I then give up.

IT WILL NOT HAPPEN THIS TIME!!!

It's my turn. I have beaten debt. I have beaten having no direction or motivation. I WILL beat this weight problem.

    And with that great attitude, you will win this time!

    I feel the same way, I've tried diets before and gave up when the pounds didn't drop off fast enough for me (I was wanting it to be so so fast). This time around I'm just really dead set on kicking this weight off and being patient and doing it all the right way.
