Uk friends wanting to lose a lot of weight (and any vegans)
Hello! Looking for friends male or female. I just want a bit of encouragement and hope we can motivate each other. I need to loose about 8 stone, previously lost 4 with MFP and put it all back on when I stopped exercise to an injury. No excuses just pure laziness and greed. I’ve just started exercising again, swimming and…

Going premium...
Hi does anyone know if Premium includes being able to track your B12 as well as the usual vitamins please? I’m vegan and would like to keep an eye on it without supplements if possible. Thank you!

Looking for People who have 5 stone + to lose/lost?
Hi I'm in Rachael, 33 in the UK. I've lost 3st 11lb on MFP in just over a year (Was 4 st5 but an all inclusive holiday changed that). I still need to lose another 4 stone. Probably more if I'm honest but I've set that as my goal. I'm just looking for new friends, preferably in the UK who have either lost a lot of weight,…

Another Protein question.
QUESTION ABOUT PROTEIN MFP sets my protein to 129g a day. (Set 25% of my cals) I get no where was this even when I eat high protein foods. I calculated the formula using 0.36g per lb, and came in at half that, which I usually eat. Confused! How my should I be eating? Thank you!

Counting housework as exercise calories?
Ive been on MFP for over a year. Hit a bit of a plateau, so I shook things up a bit. I exercise every day. Gym/swim and I walk At least 3 miles. Recently I bought a Polar HRM. I now have my diary set to sedentary which gives me 1080 cals, and I eat around half my exercise calories back. My weight loss is slow even though I…

MFP telling me to eat just 1,100 cals a day?
I have MFP a set on lightly active. I'm 5'1 and get 1370 cals a day. I do exercise a lot and some days will eat some cals back. Usually only once a week at about 1600 cals. I do this when I feel hungry. I thought I'd set it to sedentary as some people suggest and eat back a percentage of exercise cals. I swim 5 days a…

Strange, but can a lot of exercise slow down weight loss?
Is it worth it? Since Jan I've been breaking a ball trying to swim 5x a week. I've swam for at least 6 hours a week. I also have recently started strength training. I try to walk and remain active. I swim for a minimum of 6 hours a week, sometimes much more. I in theory burn more cals swimming than other forms of cardio,…

Let's see your weigh loss graphs!
There's a lot of negative posts on this section, mine included, we all have struggles and need help. But sometimes I only focus on the negative. Sometimes we lose sight and forget how well we have done. Forget to acknowledge how far and hard this journey is.. If we show our graphs it can also be a source of encouragement…

A bit of advice appreciated please"..
I posted on here yesterday about a stagnant stage I'm going through. I'm eating my cals and playing badminton once a week, and swimming around 5/6 hours a week, as well as walking - which I don't log, I usually hit my 10,000 steps. But not always. I had some great advice. I have PCOS and a lot of people have suggested…

Desperate and about to give up.
I've been doing MFP a year. Lost 3stone 7lb. Slacked a bit over Christmas. I'm feeling really down at the minute. The last 2 weeks I've stayed the same. I haven't gone over my cal allowance, (1370) and on top I've been swimming for around 6 hours a week, playing badminton, walking and regularly hit my 10,000 steps. I've…
