Swimming... exercise calories disappear
I know I should understand this... but I just don't get it. At 6:00 I had a 175 calorie adjustment based on my steps. I went swimming for an hour. I'm sure somewhere this has been answered, but I'm a tad confused. WHY would you want this enabled? I do have it enabled, but I'm thinking of turning it off. Could my low HR keep me from losing weight?

My fat goal. What's missing here?
Wish I could attach a screen shot here. When I look at my daily nutrients, my goal for fat shows it is set 81 g. My goal for saturated is set at 21, monounsaturated is 0, polyunsaturated is 0, and trasfat is 0. So...where's the other 60? Anyone know what I'm missing?
