when do the cravings go away?
I've only been doing Atkins a few days, but when do the cravings for sweets and crab filled junk go away? I've been good so far but it gets so hard sometimes

I've been working out for about a week now (I'm very out of shape now) and now I'm starting to increase the incline. What's a good starting incline?
