For a beginner should i sign up to the gym or work out at the park and beaches or do home workouts?
Sometimes the gym doesn't work for me and i want a quick workout and get a good workout try out fitness blender on youtube its free and you'll get a good workout.
My top 3 supplements are whey protien for sure to gain muscle only use if you don't meet your daily goal for example my goal is to reach 125g of protien a day to gain lean muscle. 2nd creatine to help you gain lean muscle and pushes you to do more. Last but not least multivitamin if needed. What's your top 3?
