For a beginner should i sign up to the gym or work out at the park and beaches or do home workouts?

Depends on how self motivated you are. If you have great self motivation, then home workouts and parks would be fine, if low self motivation, seeing others working out sometimes helps to boost motivation.
Also much better if you have a buddy with you.1 -
It depends on your follow-through ... good intentions to work out either at home or at a gym are just wishes if you don't follow through with actually getting there the 5-7 times a week recommended for exercises.
Perhaps the thing to do instead of planning is just get doing it. Start at 'home' and then reward yourself with a gym membership if you can stick with an exercise plan for say 6 months ...1 -
Which one are you more likely to do? I know for me - parks and beaches (I wish I lived near the sea!) make exercise much more appealing.1
