Keto is the way to go.
Started eating keto diet, and man does my body like eating this way. I have RA and all joints ache, but they are feeling pretty darn good in this way of eating. Not missing carbs as much as I thought I would. Have to plan ahead for meals but I like to cook so that's easy. As long as I find time.

Nurshrk
Woot woot 4 days of eating this way and am feeling less arthritic pain and a great side affect I've lost weight. I have gotten in my head I don't worry as much for weight loss as less joint pain. This I feel I can stick to. No hunger between meals.

Starting again
Today I'm starting again to get my health and wellness on track. Eating clean and low carb for my arthritis and my thick middle and thighs. If I can stay away from sweets I know I'll feel better. So here we go.

Toast
I get up a 3:45 each morning, way to early. I make egg muffins that I've seen on Pinterest. I make them up ahead of time and bag them in serving size. Quick warm in micro and go. Probably faster than toast and protein packed

Will power
I have rheumatoid arthritis and am a nurse and have found that a diet free of glutens, sugar, dairy, and night shade vegetables has significantly reduced pain and swelling in joints. Need more recipies.

Recipies
I have found a great low carb recipies on Pinterest. Philly steak and cheese stuffed peppers are delish and super easy.
