I get up a 3:45 each morning, way to early. I make egg muffins that I've seen on Pinterest. I make them up ahead of time and bag them in serving size. Quick warm in micro and go. Probably faster than toast and protein packed

    Don't think there was a question... I get up early. Don't like eating til 1030/11 though... That saves time!
