Do you guys do it manually or by using the side button? I have mine synced with myfitnesspal and it doesn't seem to send over my excercises... Also what about strength training how does it detect that? I have the HR charge by the way.

Hello, How long did it take you guys to see a difference in your arms? How often and how long and about how many repetitions did you have to do? did it take as long as you guys thought it would? What kind of exercises did you perform? I'm trying to tone my under arms.
