Been to the gym this morning got weighed , am a bit disappointed with just 1 pounds off.. My own fault for not doing so good at the weekend........
Another weigh in today 2 lb off. Slow but getting there.... First stone off.....
Oh dear got weighed in today and just stayed same, on the plus side got measured . 3 inches off bottom area, 1. 1/2 in off waist. Put one pound on in muscle so I've been told.... Just have to get stuck in this week and watch every thing I put in my mouth :(
Hate the thought of going to the gym, but once it's over I feel a lot better for going....
Had my weigh in today and am quite pleased to have lost 2lb......
Went out for dinner tonight and made all the wrong choices.... Just have to pick it up from tomorrow again.....
Just started using my fitness pal, and it's a really good way of keeping track on food intake... Lost 10lbs so far , so hopefully keep it up. Set my friend up with it too and she thinks it's brilliant....
