Omega-3s.. Worth buying or overrated?
Thinking about buying some Omega-3 Fish Oil which I've never done before. Is it worth buying? Has anyone noticed a difference after taking them? I know it's no magic pill, but I just want to know what others have experienced.

Cardio before or after weight lifting?
So ive been working out with a bud of mine for about a month and our thing has kinda been "stretch, interval training on treadmill for 30-45 min, weightlifting." I feel maybe the cardio workout is dampening my lift? Anybody have insight?
