if you hit a plateau on squats. Try one of these 1. Drop the weight and do more reps and sets. 2. Do box squats. 3. Use resistance bands on your squats. 4. Do negative squats. 5. Get a scale
when i first started mfp and traking what i eat, it was a little challenge. I used to measure my food with measuring cups. I recommend that you invest in a scale. It helps alot, trust me. The reasom why insay this is because a scale is more accurate then using measuring cups. Hope the tip helps you guys
